Allana played for Australia at the Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana to stay off the field for many years prior to making the transition back to league. Allana's first rugby league match for women took place in the year 2015. Her performance was impressive against Queensland as well as representing New South Wales.
